  • 1 cup Steel-cut oats
  • 1 teaspoon Spice of your choice Vanilla, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Pumpkin Pie Spice

Instructions
  1. Bring the water to a boil
  2. Stir in the oats, salt, and seasoning
  3. Return to a boil
  4. Reduce heat to low
  5. Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 1 week
